Construction and Maintenance division, which operates the vessels taken over by HOSC from Mansal Offshore, own 4 vessels.

The halul vessels 33,34,35,36 and the Halul squad have very good reputation with all the offshore locations for their fast response and high quality of workmanship which they have built up over the past many years and are continuing to build and expand on.

The vessels Halul 35 and Halul 36 are completely self contained carrying an experienced multi-disciplined work crew covering all aspects of the offshore maintenance program, enabling them to survey the work to be undertaken and producing construction drawings on the auto cad system for issue to the workforce.

On completion of the work a final inspection and completion package is produced by the inspection personnel onboard to the client's satisfaction. This is backed up by an experienced and successful management / procurement team based in Doha.

The division offers its clients extensive resources and facilities for the execution of mechanical, structural, piping, instrumentation and electrical projects. HOSC ensures the efficient progression of work to the necessary specifications to meet the contract needs in compliance with quality requirements.

Halul 33 is taken on hire by Occidental Petroleum of Qatar under Contract CA-1501. All the other vessels are under hire by Qatar Petroleum. Halul 34 under GTC 175 and Halul 35 and 36 under GTC 171 are hired to Qatar Petroleum. At present the division is holding a long term contract with Qatar Petroleum for provision of Construction equipments and personnel under GTC 171.
