Over the past four years, the Company has revealed itself to possess strong contacts, good strategic market positioning and planning. Our cohesive management team has been able to respond quicker, reduce downtime and provide premium support to our valued clients. Presently, the Company is operating a diversified fleet of young and modern offshore support vessels totalling about 35 Offshore Support Vessels. HOSC Offshore Services is experienced in all aspects of the Offshore Industry ranging from ROV/ diving support vessels, Safety Standby Vessels, Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels, Accommodation Work Vessels, Crew Boats and Crane Boats. Our diversified fleet of new build and older vessels are managed by a team of seasoned marine professionals, whose experience and collective know how is second to none. Setting the standards for new built, our vessels are out-fitted with state of the art vessel control systems, fire fighting, anti-pollution and other specialised safety and standby equipment.

HOSC operates the largest Diving Company in the Middle East with two state of the art Dynamically positioned Diving Support Vessels and most modern remotely operated vehicles and other diving equipment. A third ROV/diving support vessel is under construction and shall join the fleet by next year. HOSC’s Offshore Construction Department has five Construction Vessels supporting the construction activities in Qatar Petroleum and Occidental Petroleum fields. Presently, HOSC has the following long term contracts with Qatar Petroleum, besides other terms contracts in Qatari Offshore Oil Fields.

  • GTC 140 - For the provision of 3 New Built Safety Standby Vessels for 10 years
  • GTC 153 - For the provision of 4 new Built AHT Supply vessels for 10 years
  • GTC 117 - For the provision of 1 each Wireline and WHM Vessels for 10 years.
  • GTC 190 – For the provision of 2 DP DSV and Diving Services to QP for 5 years.
  • GTC 157 – For the provision of 1 Wireline Support Vessel for 3 years
  • LTC 099 – For the provision of Standby Vessel for Vessel for 9 months
  • LTC/052 - For the provision of Crew/Standby Vessel for Qatar Gas for a 5 years.
  • GTC 175 – For the provision of Utility Maintenance vessel for 5 years
  • GTC 171 – For the provision of Construction Services for Offshore for 5 years
  • GTC 153 – For the provision of 2 x AHT Supply Vessels for 3 years
  • CA1577 - For the Provision of 3 x Safety Standby Vessels for 3 years
  • CA1561 –Refurbishment of Protective Coatings for Offshore Structures for 3 years (4 Vessels)
  • CA1501 - For the Provision of Wellhead Maintenance Vessel for Occidental Petroleum TFEQ/S/05/01 – For the Provision of AHTS Vessel Services for 3 years
  • Our major client list includes Qatar Petroleum, Occidental Petroleum, Maersk Oil, QatarGas, Total E&P Qatar, Anadarko Qatar and several other offshore construction contractors. Our commitment to the Oil and Gas Industry is further enhanced by the building Two (2) Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels and One (1) Diving Support Vessel in India which are expected to join our fleet by End of 2004 and early 2005. In our commitment to focus more attention to the Industrial development of the State of Qatar, HOSC is currently bulding two AHT Supply Vessels at the Q-Ship yard at Mesaieed.     Painting & Other Services
    As a leap forward, Offshore division is now expanding its activities by undetaking offshore painting jobs. Recently the division has been awarded the contract CA/1561 for painting of offshore structures by Occidental Petroleum of Qatar. The project is scheduled to start in April 2004 and will be completed in three years.
